I heard the Vette Club will be there on the 29th. They usually bring a big crowd and crowd up the track. Personally, I would never race on a vette club track day again.

the good thing about alot of people being there is the heat up the track really good

so if i can get like 6-8runs iam down to go

im leavign my house in hayward at 7:15 or so then meeting my friends in martinez at 8am..should get us to sac at around 9:15 and time for a good cool down..

99gt-UJSTLST - You can't predict these things, but I'd say 4-6 runs for sure if you don't have crazy long cool down periods or too many wrecks/spills.

I just checked teh vette forum of that group that usually goes. Not that many this year, only like 12 of them are going on the 29th

I just got the 29th off so I'll be there on that day

don't know. I'm in a tough situation here. With 91,000 miles, it's not really desirable to most. Yet, I would like to upgrade to an '02 model. Definitely not going Chevy. Staying Cobra for sure. I have til the 1st week of January to decide. On the 1st week, you can put in orders for '02 Cobras. If I go that route, I already decided colors. White with Charcoal interior. No more black.

I'm glad your not going to the dark side. I was going to buy an 02 cobra, but you lose so much $ off the bat. If they still have the 0.0%apr, then I would do it

Your car easily has a 13.3 or better in it. Will you and your club attend the feb 3 rd meet?

yeah, you do lose alot (damn, $31k for a new Cobra?!?). I highly doubt 0.0% would still be around when I start talking numbers too.

I doubt my car has enough oats to do a 13.3 I still don't have the gears in, though that soon may change. Maybe it's the driver
