I know- late notice. Just saw it on the Sac web page. I will be taking my '65 for the first time in 2 years. 289, TF TW heads, Perf. RPM, Holley 650DP, T5Z, 3.40's, Lockright, American Racers on D-hole rims, 2 1/2" X-pipe w/ 3" Warlocks.

Hey Jim, I can't make it... but make sure to post your results. I'm curious to see how that 2.95 first geared T5Z 60 fts with no track prep.

I forgot to post results-

BANG!

Broken rear end. Just 2 runs.
1st run.
2.47 60 ft.- horrible bog
14.24 @ 102mph.

Broke on the 1-2 shift second run (1st elimination) Had him, too- .749 light to a 1.015! Mine sucked but he was in a coma.
Rolled thru the lights in 20.93 at 41mph- woohoo!
