Factory fastback, some ass hacked the quarter panels, so i figure might as well replace everything in the rear.

Where did you order your sheet metal from? I've got quarters to do in my 66. I got a new battery tray from CJ's and the fitment is trash. Thinking NPD for the quarter skins and outer wheel house.

I got a 3m accuspray gun a while ago. Need to buy a good filtration system so I can reprint my engine compartment.

What size compressor are you using? How many CFMs? These 3m guns require a decent amount of air.

I'm running a electric water pump and supercharger, so the pulley system is a little difficult. The way i figure this, I'm only 100 bucks into it. A lot of people do the conversion and like it, but I'm not a lot out.

Use a Toyota Prius column and you cut down the old factory column to put them together. Gotta get the ecu for the column as well. 3 wires run it.

I've done both, and I enjoy spraying 2 stage more then single stage. I just put plastic up around the garage. Single stage is more heavy and very easy to get runs in.

I don't paint at night time or dusk. Dust... as long as your garage is really clean, most will come out after cutting and buffing. (no wind on paint day)

A couple years back I was really thinking getting into trying body work. Bought a bunch of stuff including those durablocks. Got like 2 boxes of different sizes and different sand paper grit rolls. Recently I been thinking about attempting it again but I guess practicing on something small like a fucked up fender and try to do every step on it. Did you try straight on your cars or panels? I’ve watched many videos on YouTube on my lunch time and I THINK I have an idea on how to tackle things.
