Decided to share my build as it gose picked up a 2000 ford fucken ranger and plan to 5.0 swap it picked up a 2000 explorer as the doner

Removing old interior so can install new floor and seats and getting sound system wired up as well since I have interior out

Pulled motor from doner explorer time for a tear down and rebuild

Goin to tear down motor regasket cam it and rebuild pulled everything off my doner explorer motor,ecu,engine harness,throttle cable,etc. Everything for the swap

Interior update got my seats mounted and center console on the way seats fit good still need some adjustments
