Any reason the fit should be different than any other 18"x10.5" wheel?

Usually the offset on 18x9s are usually +24mm, but these are +17mm. So these are gonna stivk out about 5/16" more than the usual 18x9. Thats why I asked.
I know the backs are gonna be an issue running sn95 width rearend.

I planning on using 03-04 cobra IRS. So definitely gonna have to do some work on the rear quarters.
