What is your setup under the hood?

Nothing crazy.
Aftercooled s trim on 8 lbs
Long tubes
Short runner intake
iMrc deletes
Accufab throttle body
Fuel system setup for ~1000hp
Built t45
Full Griggs gr40 suspension

Car is a 98 cobra. Just need to fully forge the motor, pully down the strim, and get new injectors so I can run e85. Would also like to keep the b heads and get some minor work done to them and be able to rev the car to 8500 to take advantage of the heads.

Later on down the road I want to do t56 magnum swap and a ysi. Hit 700-800 rwhp and go have some fun beating on it.

I’ve been taking the car up to auburn and have had some fun with a few of the motorcyclist that canyon carve.

Simple setups are fun. Who built your T45? I have heard big E85 injectors can cause a rough idle. Do you know if it is true?

I clicked on the camera picture in your post and only saw this clean 93 cobra - and this clean 99 cobra -

I used to own that 93 cobra about 8 years ago. Sold it to buy my first house. That second car was Terrance’s old cobra, almost bought it.

The t45 is supposed to be built by pro-motion from what the previous owner said. I feel like simple is better as wel. I actually want to enjoy the car and not have it down for extended periods of time.

I’ve heard that some injectors are hard to tune on e85. However when I talked to bob he recommended some and said that it would idle like stock.

I’m pretty sure that was 50deeps old cobra when I was looking to purchase it at one point. I must be wrong then if you’re claiming it’s yours. My bad on that.

East Bay 50 ----- nice Terminator. Should have been obvious to me from the wheels.

adower ----- Do you remember what brand injectors Bob recommended? Do you know if he is a fan of slot type MAFs?

He recommended Fuel injector connection (FIC). I’m not sure about the slot maf preference. Didn’t get that far into discussion with him.
