BART

Hiring for janitors (system service)
Expeditor/clerk

Both are really basic worker skills.

My stepsons uncle is a GM for a fire sprinkler install company and they're always looking for reliable workers to be helpers. Start out at $16ish an hour.

Stepson does this part time and goes to school full time.

Yep, just about everyone who has ever worked for the railroad has experienced this.

Eventually, you'll be beyond the seasonal layoffs.

That's what I've heard. We also hire a lot of former iron workers since they get paid almost top scale every time they strike a arc.

I got lucky and came in through a veterans work program.
