Are they even worth it? Never had one but aren't they barely stronger over stock T5's?

Nope, I would save up and get a used Tremec Tko's or buy a new one. May be get a T-5 built but it does cost $$$, damn near a brand new Tremec would cost new.

I wished the sn95 t5 could bolt up into fox... I know know you can buy a adapter plate.... Sn95 t5 can handle little more than a fox t5.

You're actually correct. The adapter is for old schools. They handle more torque; don't know the exact numbers but probably handle just a slight margin.

Had 200+ mid 11 sec passes on my t5z,powershifted the nuts off it too,solid trans no doubt blows t5's out the water..

This is how mine is setup on my fox. Only downside is my long tubes hit the bell housing.
