That's not vicious dogs. Little puppies were wagging their tails. He handled it accordingly.

This is an example of a vicious dog. When not even a sledge hammer and several punches delivered to the dog by its owner still didn't stop it from killing his friend.

Right I didn't think they were "vicious" ✌✌ but you've seen bad press about cops killing dogs, a good cop would handle the situation this way.
