does it always take a super long time to download/install things on a mac or is it just my internet connection????this shit is insane.and how do i play my music in my iTunes???they show up but won't play.it said i have to authorize to play or something like that......thx any info would be nice [patriot]

Search online for internet speed tests. Run a few of these tests and post the numbers you get here.
