Isn't there a curing procedure longer than 24hrs?

Yeah that's pretty cheap... Mine was $180 a wheel a think and that included dismounting and remounting and balancing.

Found a shop in Livermore that quoted me 250 for the set. Will even dismount/mount tires for 40 for the set. Can't beat that price

I'm pretty sure Jose uses Pacific Rim in Pittsburg for powder coating. I don't think he does it in house.

here are some prices i got from shops locally to do the set in gunmetal.

champion in SF: 400-450
west coast powder SSF: 600
NRI SSF: 340
leon powder oakland: 340
oneil livermore: 250

more than likely will be taking my biz to NRI since its closer to me than livermore.

also found acevedo tire in SSF to dismount tires for $5 each. this is the shop where agundi's used to be. their price for mount & balance is pretty darn reasonable too @ $20/wheel for 21's. not bad...

don't go to leon's in oakland if you need parts to be perfect. i've seen how they powdercoat the wheels and they don't do any masking on the mounting pad.

i use them for my truck parts that i use for offroading b/c it's going to take a beating, but i wouldn't use them for my mustang unless it's for parts that are not easily seen. if you're not picky like me then for most people they're a good bang for the buck. go there and negotiate for better pricing.

for absolute high quality powercoating, you can't meat MAAS Bros in livermore.

probably wont see leon's since theyre not that close. im going to check out NRI this week to see how good their work is.
