I got the auto. My knee and ankle can't handle a clutch in traffic daily anymore. Perks of getting older I guess. [Frown]

I think I'll just stick to the cosmetic stuff on this car, leave the engine stock and save the money for the mustang.

I have the auto as well. There was no way I was going to commute from East Bay to SF in a stick!

Been reading about the autos having problems with breaking the timing chains. Something with the cylinder drop down. I've already got 110k on mine and still running strong!! MOPAR!

http://www.challengertalk.com/forums/f188/timing-chain-failure-dodge-challenger-69216/ Look for a recall

Posted by Secnd2nun64 (Member # 1431) on :

Thanks for the recall info. I checked mine and it was replaced 2/2014. [patriot]

Does this count as a daily?

Actually the 172 I fly 2-4 times a week is the one you can see right at the prop of the 206.

Tahoe gets driven more, and both suck on gas. Sorry, they aren't Fords, but my project car is a Ford.

05 CTSV. Cammed, full exhaust, tuned, lowered. 418rwhp. 74k miles.

 -

04 Z71. All stock, besides the wheels and Bilstien HD's. 224k miles.

Glad to see you've still got the V. I still remember towing it when you killed the axle.

Good to see you around these parts!
