Need them to be 18x8 but can only get them in 18x9.

Stockton wheel does it, but I heard bad things about them. The only one I would trust is weldcraft. But it costs about $250 a rim be plus the shipping. I think that you would be better off going custom forged rims at that piont

I talked to Scott. He says he can, but depends on the shape of the sections that will be cut.
