Keep trying to catch up, Aldon Smith is fucking juiced out of his goddamn mind ready, receivers errywhere, Bowman coming back later in the year healed and healthy, D is bout to shut shit down with Willis Gt500 driving beast running you down like a wounded animal, Justin Smith, Vernon Davis, Boldin, Gore, new blood Hyde and the rest of all the picks we got in the draft gonna come out and get it.

Well then I guess we shouldn't have to hear any excuses at the end of the year when they don't win number 6.

There can be only one team to win the superbowl and you need to be good and lucky at the same time to get there. You didn't hear any excuses last year or any years before, you either win or lose. But only 2 teams this year can say they're going for #6, SF and Dallas. Good luck with Alex's nutsack this year.

Hopefully they can get that field sorted out cause that's pretty bad they have to replace it already. I don't know why they didn't just use turf if they were so concerned about water consumption.
Would have saved them in the long run.

^ His statement about the 49ers playing great was ridiculous. I'm a fan of football. I don't support the 49ers because I don't like York, Harbaugh & Kap.
York walked into a mess with back heavy contracts that hurt the future of the team for years. But I also think he's made a lot of bad decisions over the years that's hurt the Team. One thing York HAS done right was promoting Trent Baalke to GM.

Harbaugh walked into a team that was loaded with quality players, but needed some guidance. Singletary might not have been a great head coach but was a big part of picking up key defensive players through the draft like Patrick Willis.

Kap is drafted to a team that the previous year went 13-3, one of the best special teams units, top 5 Defense, top 5 rushing & one of the best turnover + - I can remember in recent memory. Yet his stats and win loss percentage has gone down the past 2 years.

I think the 49ers organization as a whole jumped the gun in replacing a veteran QB and paying a young inexperienced weak minded player like Colin Kaepernick. San Diego did the same thing when they replaced Drew Brees. Hell the 49ers only won the 1 SB with Steve Young versus the 4 with Montana.
Just food for thought.

York is regarded as one of the best owners in football, you never hear about him in the news like Al Davis, Jerry Jones, Mark Davis, Marc Cuban, Lou Wolf, ect... He sits back and let his football people take care of football. Harbaugh no matter what you might think about his antics and his excitement he's a top 5 coach in the league and the proof is in the pudding. Trent Baalke is one of the best GM's out there and I also believe Scott MChloughen was a really good GM before him but he was always picking in the top 10 instead now Baalke is picking in the late 20's or moving up. Alex Smith was garbage before Harbaugh and you keep saying Kaepernick inherited a great time which he did, but if it wasn't for his god given talent the niners would've never beat the falcons in Atlanta in the championship game or beat the Packers in the freezing cold. This is only his second full season as a starter and your bashing him but would have rather seen the niners stick around with some guy who sucked his first 7 years as a starter. When its all said and done Kaepernick will be considered a really good to great 49er quarterback and Alex Smith will go down as a first rounder who never lived up to the hype.

Since becoming the starting quarterback for the 49ers in Week 11 of 2012, Kaepernick has the third-highest Total QBR in the NFL (70).

He's also blown 4 downs in the red zone to win a SB and blew another set of downs on a int in a championship game.
Kap has hit his peak and you will regretfully realize I'm right after the fact.

Payton Manning's also got gang raped by the Seahawks in the superbowl, doesnt mean he's a bad QB by any means. The numbers don't like, Kaep and Harbaugh are winners. Everything since 94 has been shit and I applaud all the efforts they've done to keep our team in the hunt once again for #6.

Alex smith sucked for years on end it was about time he got kicked to the curb! Sure kap had made his mistakes but he's also showed great strengths. Between him and Alex smith kap proved a lot more in his first 2 seasons them Alex ever did. Everyone of our players will be back about mid way through the year making us a serious contender when it will count!

McDonald’s arrest marks the ninth time a 49ers player has been arrested since Aldon Smith was pulled over for DUI in Miami beach in January 2012. That includes a March hit-and-run incident involving cornerback Chris Culliver and Smith’s April arrest at Los Angeles International Airport. No charges were filed in the LAX incident.

4 turnovers, Starting on Dallas 40 yard line and playing against one of the worst defensive back field's this season and they won 28 - 17

I know they won, but don't think for a minute that the 49ers are going to win the Super Bowl. They beat a team that's gonna win at the most 8 games. Still gonna get whooped by the Seahawks LOL.

Exactly. He doesn't know about stuff like that though. He was making determinations pre season. I hope he knows KC is going to get the shit kicked out of them by the 49ers.

I do have a few questions for all of the Kap supporters. How many come from behind games has Colin Kaepernick won as a 49er? How many chances has he had to prove he's as good as you guys say he is? I mean he's gotten to go to the NFC championship game multiple times and a SB. But he's failed in every attempt when the pressure is on and the 49ers aren't blowing out an opponent.

well, a 28-3 lead by halftime kind of changes the play choices going forward [Wink] run the ball and kill the clock. not many reasons to throw the ball and force it to receivers.

look at the Cowboys in that game, they mostly gave up on the run after the half (which was working against the niners) and tried to air it out playing catchup.

Posted by SLOWBACK 67 (Member # 6348) on :

Well they won by 11 and when half your passes are either overthrown or dropped it stops the clock anyways. So if you decide to run the ball to eat up the clock, the goal is to keep the clock moving AND keep the damn ball. How many times did they punt the second half?

How many drives were stopped by Ticky tack flags for offensive interference?

Kap was a better special teams. I would say Alex smith was better, but even Alex could not lead the team. I HATE the SEASLUGS, but they have a leader as a QB. Kap is known to struggle under pressure , and I hope that after this Dallas game he has loosened up a bit. Go Niners !

Quick question, why do you follow a team so closely that you hate everything they do. Seems like such a sad existence. I'd rather root for my own team instead of watch everything another team does. I could swear you've been breaking more news that don't matter to the 9ers on here faster than TMZ could come up with a Ray Rice video.

from the sound of your tone I could've swore the niners lost. Alex Smith and his team got dominated by Jake Locker lol. Let's do this, since your so confident in how bad Kap sucks and how Alex Smith is the reincarnation of Joe Montana, we can make a bet. If the niners win the game you CANNOT post nor reply to ANYONE OR ANYTHING on this board until the first game on next years regular season. If the Chiefs win I'll do the same. from the sound of your tone I could've swore the niners lost. Deal or no Deal Mr. Skip Bayless?
You gonna give me the points?

Won't know till a day or so before the game. But if you give me the points and the 49ers can beat the spread you got yourself a deal.
Mods can IP ban me until the start of regular season next year. [patriot]

BTW I never said Smith was the second coming of Montana. But go figure they both ended up getting traded to KC.

Yeah man I'm such a jerk and don't provide anything useful to the site. I don't low ball on parts in the Ford Sale Section and show up on time when buying and selling..... Come on here and bitch about getting fix it tickets for tint and modified exhaust.
If I happen to lose the bet. I'm man enough to own up to it and not post for about a year. I'll just have to check other sites on my shit break.

we'll revisit this when the spread comes out the week of the game. By the way you say Smith was handled, I could've swore he won 4 superbowls for San Francisco and not stink it up for 6 years.

Yep that's why we're giving Kaep the benefit of the doubt since this is technically his 2nd full year now. And he is looking sharp once again.

Actually 3 people at work told me before I could even check NFL.com on the news. Lastly I have no life? Says the guy who constantly trolls people on Craigslist and post up the conversations here. Look in the mirror jackass.

Shouldn't have been talking so much shit. Now look at you.... The 49ers blow a 17 point lead at halftime and your golden child throws 3 interceptions. The team as a whole coughs it up 4 times and you lose to a busted up Chicago Bears team. [Eek!]

49ers fell apart the second half. Hell I think the vet scored a total of like 3 points in both second halves they've played now. Either they're putting on the brakes to run out the clock, or the other teams are adjusting better against them. You shouldn't coast with a 17 point lead.

Bears defense made some spectacular plays and the offense capitalized. Even being a Bears fan, the refs made some absolutely ridiculous calls. These ticky tack, BS calls need to stop. The games are painfully slow to watch and the refs are overly involved in the outcome of the games.

Didn't Alex Smith and your chiefs blow a 30 point lead last year in the playoffs? It happens, and am I worried? NO, the 49ers for the past 3 years have gotten off to 1-1 starts and those three years they've ended up winning 13,11 and 12 wins. Seattle lost yesterday too I'm guessing you think they suck too since they're defense gave up 3 touchdowns to an ancient tight end. The stupid penalties really hurt the 49ers some were deserved and some were some real stupid ticky tack calls. The 50 yard run by gore should have never been called back, Boldin did not hold on that play and it cost them a touchdown. The offense didn't look smooth but I'm certain they'll get it figured out, it's early in the season, they have too much talent on the team and the coaching staff is one of the best, they'll get it figured out and get everything together. Slowback I didn't really want to take it there but I'm starting to wonder why your hate towards Kaep seems to be driven by other factors and not just his play. You keep complaining on how he looks and dresses are you intimidated by a non white quarterback? Or do you just want your quarterback wearing a suit and tie being politically correct, not having any tattoos and I don't know maybe being white?

^ I'm not gonna make excuses for KC blowing that playoff game last year. I seem to remember just last week all the 49ers fans talking shit about Romo and how he chokes all the time.
Colin Kaepernick was responsible for turning the ball over 4 times yesterday. I agree the team committed way too many penalties during the game. That comes back on bad coaching and poor execution on the field.

BTW I'm not racist. I do have a problem with Kaepernick ' s attitude after a game. He gives very short answers and doesn't interact with the media. Great players show some respect during their press conferences.

Eddie Murray was a great player and he was a dick, so was Barroid Bonds. You also gotta admit the multiple flags and times they had to rerun shit caused more and more looks for the bears d. As well as most of those plays were spectacular. One handed catches, gift picks out of crab trees hands on one, big plays that the bears are not going to replicate later on in the season.

Tony Romo is the ultimate choke, Kaep has 4 playoff wins in less than two years as a starter and has won some of those games primarily because of his unique set of skills. You can't compare the two. I'll agree with you that the coaches have a part to do with the amount of flags the team gets but when the entire league is putting more emphasis on throwing flags there comes a point where the refs are over doing it. I know your not a racist I figured that much, but your hate on this guy is comical to me. A lot of people do bash on him because how his appearance not his character. Why do you get bothered about how short ended his responses are to the media? Who cares as long as he works hard stays out of trouble and shows up who cares what he has to say to the media. I'll tell you who else is short with the media, Kobe, Bill Bellicheck, Bill Walsh, Larry Bird for starters.

Actually, there's no denying that statistically, Romo is one of the best QBs of the last decade. (As crazy as that sounds, but stats don't lie). Kaep can run fast and throw hard, but only having those two qualities doesn't get you very far in the NFL. It's good for swag-bucks in this Dre beats headphone wearing generation, so there's that for him.

Sucks that the refs control things like they do. Stupid holding calls....there's a hold on every play, call it! Be consistent refs. [BS flag]

Yeah, I'm sure Andrew Luck was wishing they had the refs last night that were officiating the Niners/Bears game. They probably would've called the illegal contact on the Colts receiver on the interception that he threw. Even though, with change of possession, the play is automatically reviewed, I'm sure they saw the penalty but if it wasn't called on the field initially it can't be called after the fact. It's not a perfect system and it, unfortunately, is subject to human error, but it is part of the game. We, as football fans, should get together and start a referee bashing thread rather than bashing each other's teams.

A LOT of stupid calls, that's for sure. But that's not why we lost, we lost at the end due to Kaepernick throwing the ball to the defense(Conte's interception was sick) and the defense just not holding up at the end. I noticed our team kinda kicks back when they're up and doing good, they should act like they're losing the whole time and I gaurantee we won't lose games like that.

Gotta give credit where credit is due. The Bears made adjustments after halftime that the Niners didn't. It's evident if anybody watched the game that it was almost like two different games with the Niners dominating the first half and the Bears the second half. Kaep's interceptions were due to the Bears pass rush forcing him to make decisions and the excellent play of the Bears DBs. They also made adjustments in the passing game that allowed their receiver's heights rather than their speed to make plays. So, my hat's off to the Bears. Hopefully the Niners learn from this and know they have to play 4 quarters, not just 2, of dominant football.

All those numbers yet he hasn't won any playoff games in his what 9 year career? He's not clutch, he's lost the opportunity to take his team to the playoffs 3 years in a row on the final game. Oh and you want stats? Kaep has the 3rd highest QBR since his first start of his career.

Kind of makes you wonder, doesn't it?
You have one team, one half and another team a second half.

Just like the super bowl when the lights went out. The niner's were basically destroyed int he first half and came back to almost win it and would've if they didn't call those last 3 horrible play calls.

Just find it a little interesting

Kaep's interceptions were due to the Bears pass rush forcing him to make decisions and the excellent play of the Bears DBs. They also made adjustments in the passing game that allowed their receiver's heights rather than their speed to make plays. So, my hat's off to the Bears. Hopefully the Niners learn from this and know they have to play 4 quarters, not just 2, of dominant football.

I'll tell you who else is short with the media, Kobe, Bill Bellicheck, Bill Walsh, Larry Bird for starters.

... comparing Kaep to Romo lol.

All those numbers yet he hasn't won any playoff games in his what 9 year career? He's not clutch, he's lost the opportunity to take his team to the playoffs 3 years in a row on the final game. Oh and you want stats? Kaep has the 3rd highest QBR since his first start of his career.
I pray that you're not implying that Kaep is indeed clutch. He basically gave the Bears the win like Romo did to the 9ers last week. The difference is for Romo is that's the exception, not the rule. If anything, Kaep is a mediocre pocket passer.

He'll definitely progress with time, but the way the fans praise this guy like he's the best thing since sliced bread is just beyond me.

^ Thank You!!!!
I've been telling everyone from the start that Kap isn't the answer.

Posted by blackfifty (Member # 9023) on :

how is he not clutch? the two games against green bay one in the freezing cold? one game in Atlanta when they were down by 17 points, or how about the game against Carolina in Carolina. He's made some huge plays the quarterbacks get way too much praise and way too much of the blame, but to say he's not clutch is ignoring some of the biggest games he's played in. Sure the superbowl ending wasn't ideal and the game in Seattle last year stung but this is his second year and already has 3 road playoff wins.

Kap is only great when his Defense spots him a TD, a couple of key defensive stops & great field position. He can't go toe to toe with gunslingers like Big Ben, Cutler, Manning hell even Romo at times.

When the game has been on the line and Kap has to come up with the game winning drive, He's come up short a majority of the time.

Kaps playoff wins are going to be few and far between in the next couple of years. His time to win a SB is dwindling away fast with players leaving and or retiring.

The defense didn't spot him any touchdowns against Atlanta and Matt Ryan. He also didn't get spotted any touchdowns against the best "gun slinger" in the NFL in Aaron Rogers, which he's out played 3 straight times. Now your trying to predict the future saying his time is up when he hasn't even hit his prime yet? The 49ers have one of the best GM's in football and each year they keep drafting potential pro bowlers and all pros like Bowman, Iupati, Eric Reid, Anthony Davis, Aldon Smith, Patrick Willis, Joe Staley and many more. You fail to see the people who built this time are still around and are still producing top notch players, the window is far from closed.

So Kap has played in double the amount of post season games, thrown less touchdowns & thrown 5 interceptions.

^ Yes because the 49ers had some playoff ready teams a few years ago. Maybe you guys should go back and look how long it really took to accumulate the roster up till Harbaugh took over. Start at about 2004 or 5 and highlight the players names who are still around the league or made an impact.

The 49ers were in the same spot as the Raiders, a revolving door of coaches trying to take the team in all different directions. I give Jim Harbaugh credit for shaping and coaching a group of pro bowl caliber players on how to play mistake free football. But somewhere along the path Harbaugh let his own ego get in the way.
The 100+ yards of penalties is a dead give away that there are some serious issues the coaching staff needs to address quickly. The culture seems to have changed for the worse.

No its not. People on the team don't want their name getting out. Harbaugh is just pissed some of the team is tired of his antics. It shows on the field and there's no denying that.
I'll take Sanders word considering he's actually WON a super bowl.

Sanders= Great player + shitty analyst.
Everything this clown says you take with a grain of salt. If the player is man enough to say something don't be a coward and hide behind Sanders, say it to his face. A sign that harbaugh is losing his team is them not playing hard and you saw yesterday they were all playing hard. Guess what slowback they won, and now Alex Smith and the wack ass Chiefs are going to be the next team that falls to this team. Once they hit their stride and start getting all pros like Bowman and Smith back the defense will be able to win games on their own.

Can't wait to hear the excuses next Sunday if the 49ers loose another home game.... especially against their old QB. Myself and a majority of the country is looking forward to a good game and another loss for Harbaugh and the 49ers.

isn't it fitting slowback that on the last play of the game, your boo try's to make a throw he's never been able to make and chokes. Alex Smith is an elite game manager no more than that. He wont lose a game for you nor will he win a game for you. On a rare occasion he'll have spectacular numbers but a lot of those numbers will be aided by yards after catch. Anyways the niners played throwback niner football. Run the ball play outstanding defense and special teams. They'll be playing late into January and hopefully February if they continue to play this way.

So what your a Payton manning fan now? They lost to a top ranked team that wanted nothing to do but celebrate the legacy of manning that night. Big deal. Mannings a fucking loser, well maybe not this time of year but when the playoffs roll around he's worse than choke land As in the playoffs. His numbers should have him winning every year for the last 2 decades, but only 1 sb to show..........

We knew there were some tough dates this year but a win in Denver wasn't one we had as a must win on the calendar this year even if we had all of our defense out there.

At least we didn't go down to a lesser division rival like cobra rs team did with the tricky icky plays. Lol

FACT
You have Alex Smiths cock rammed so deep in your ass you think Denver taking care of business at home in week 7 is gonna make the difference in the playoffs later....

How's that ass taste?

Stay off the bandwagon just like you jumped off the As bandwagon. Real 9er fans don't want your trick ass back. Go root for the raiders I hear they're still perfect for the year.

We're still in a good position for the playoffs regardless of what happened yesterday and regardless of all the player's we're missing. They should all be back here soon. It's not like they did something drastic and traded cespedes for junk, or harvin for precisely dick.

still early in the season and with the injuries they've had if you were to tell me they'd be 4-3 at the bye I would've taken it. They'll get back two all pro players as well as one of the best pass rushers in the league with aldon smith, bowman and willis. I'm not concerned Arizona has had an easy schedule thus far with the exception of two games and the rest of their games they'll have to play Seattle twice, San Francisco on the road, San Diego and Dallas. Seattle looks lost right now but I'm sure that wont last long they have too much talent on that roster to suck. All the niners have to do is get into the playoffs and from there its usually the hottest team who wins the superbowl.

Dude your just as bad as SHOTIME I thought you were debating at one point but now your just a damn troll. You've been shut up the last 3 weeks when the niners have been on a roll and when they lose you open up your mouth. Just stop you sound stupid comparing KC to the niners when the niners beat them, and your boy Alex Smith showed how limited he is. When it was up to him to win the game he came up short. Of course Manning is better than Kaepernick, but your comparing Kaep to one of the best regular season QB's that ever lived. Manning will find a way to choke in the playoffs like he always does, when the weather gets cold and the wind starts blowing his weak arm wont be able to save him, just like every year he can never close out the deal, his brother is more clutch than he is.

You can't debate with special ed fans. That would require a iq of at least 90 or so LOL.
I think it hilarious when people continue to make excuse why their teams not living up to their fans/medias expectations.
Fact
The 49ers are on pace to finish 9-7 as I suggested before the season started.
Fact
The Cardinals are in first place in the NFC West.

You don't even know me and you're assuming I know nothing about football. I know enough to know that the 49ers aren't gonna finish better then 10-11 wins this year. I also said the average wins for an NFC West team this season would be about 9 wins.

He's the perfect QB for Harbaugh. He doesn't own up to his own mistakes and just like a lot of the fans blames the refs for costing them the game.
The refs gave them the ball in the red zone and had 5 shots to score...... I had flashbacks of the SB watching that final drive.
Have fun sitting 3rd in the NFC West. [patriot]

I find it funny that seahawks fans are still worried about how the Niners do this year. Who cares ! Most of the niners are injured. It's not our year this year. I bet SLOWBACK67 didn't have much to say all those years seahawks sucked, and now because they are doing ok , a seahawks fan has come out of the closet. Lol

Actually you've been out of the loop. I'm not a Seattle fan. I gave up on the 49ers after they traded away their QB Alex Smith. The way they tossed his aside was wrong and he unjustly lost his starting job. I said I was on strike until both Harbaugh and Kaepernick were gone.
That being said it's only a couple of seasons before both are gone for good.

We don't want your bandwagon ass back. Stick with the game manager. Niners need to get their act together. They need to get back to their true identity, which is running the ball down peoples throat and playing stout D. Also players need to step up and take responsibilities for that poor play. Kaep should've hit crab in the endzone the last drive and marcus martin played like hot garbage. Forget the division at this point just get in and get hot, they have the talent to do it but they need to execute and run the damn bell cow.

Run the Ball and play good D and have good special teams play. Kinda like when smith was the QB....... But now that Kap isn't the Game Changer you thought he was you're having to resort back to a run heavy team.

One player doesn't make a team. The 49ers are built to play like a power run team, Iupati, Boone, Staley, Anthony Davis are all better run blockers and Vernon Davis is among the best blocking tight ends in the league. When Alex Smith was here and could only complete one pass to a receiver in the NFC championship game against new York it was evident his abilities were very limited and couldn't get the niners to the superbowl. But ofcourse you don't see the obvious. Alex Smith will never make it to the superbowl let a lone win one.

Posted by SLOWBACK 67 (Member # 6348) on :

Well the Giants pass rush also got to Tom Brady in the Super Bowl the next game too!!! Kaps O Line just got smoked by the Rams...... And they're far from winning the SB this year.
Lastly I thought the reason the 49ers made the switch was because of ONE player? If it wasn't about one player then why didn't Harbaugh at the very least allow his starting QB to compete for his job? [Confused]

We'll they were backed up so far that they knew they were most likely going to punt. They ran the ball to try and get a few more yards before they punted. But you're too dumb to know about field position.

his overall numbers are still better than most quarterbacks in their first 3 years all time, but if he doesn't take that next level next year then its time to cut bait and draft a pro style system quarterback.

wow just saw the score. i thought the 9ers would at least win by 10 especially how the raiders got spanked and had that basketball score on them 50+ points last week. 9ers lost to the sorriest team in the NFL. krap is the weak link in the team. they def. need to play Gabbert from here on out and bench Krap. Krap and RG 3 totally remind me of each other just athletic, should have been a gymnast and mastered the pommel horse......

Kaep is good, he has full potential but management won't let him use the read option (his running game). Open him up and watch how we easily win games.

He stays in the pocket, he no longer leaves the pocket like the previous seasons.

Go Niners!

And there he is 135.0 He's our winner!!! "we have 5 rings" Just like I said. By the way I was born here grew up here and have always been a hawks fan. Face it the 9ers were a dynasty at one point and in my opinion are one of the greatest orginizations in the history of the league But thats history now and we live in the now and they flat out suck now! Sorry 9er fans your quest for 6 will last as long as the hawks quest for 1 was

You grew up here and always a cawks fan, lol. Proves my point, there's no way you could have been following them because before the internet there was no way unless you had Seattle newspapers sent to you or a big ass satellite on your house to be able to follow the cawks as much as any real 9er fan around here is able to watch all games and support our team. Your a johnny come lately, more than likely another realsfag raider fan in hiding. Just like your Cobra R is in hiding permanently. Want to see my Maserati

49ers don't even have a ring from this century.

I'm sure you all would be on here talking about how you the the Sea Cocks. But in typical fashion y'all are staying quiet and waiting to unload your comments for when KC or Seattle gets eliminated in the playoffs.

Have fun watching the post season from the couch. [Whoo Whooooo!] The quest for six will have to wait until next season with a new Head Coach and Coaching staff.

4th quarter

Colin Kaepernick's 18 straight games without a 4th quarter TD pass is the longest active such streak in NFL. QBs with more 4th quarter TD passes this season include Brandon Weeden (2), Jimmy Garoppolo (1) and Matt McGloin (1).

Fun fact of the day.

It's ok I still won't switch teams, but Kaepernick is fucking us up big time. Me personally I'd like to see Tannehill(although it won't happen) be our QB.

The Bears are thinking about shipping Cutler. He looked good throwing 4 TD against SF in their home opener.

damn now the media will have a ball clowning on the 9ers...all those wins and couldn't pull the BIG 1...what would be a real disappointment is if the 9ers built that stadium just for the seahawks to come win it next year again at levis....i hate to say it but the seahawks will be top contenders for the long run...

I think my mind has changed regarding Kaepernick, I mean, he can't or doesn't read defense so he sucks in that regard, but I recently read an article that laid out some of his contracts details. If Kaep were to be injured, SF would actually owe him a fat chunk of change, I believe that's why they limit what he does. He's not effective anymore because he's predictable. When he's free to run he puts defenses on their heels big time.

Looks like he has the same attempts and yardage rushing as the last 2 seasons.

SF had 300+ rushing yards, a 21 point lead and STILL manage to lose that game to SD. But then again Colin can't score after halftime and DEF not in the 4th quarter. [Eek!]

Just like to point out Tony Romo had an almost perfect game today and The Game Manager Alex Smith has thrown for over 600 yards in KC'S last 2 games. Yeah KC did loose today but at least they were not eliminated from the playoffs 2 weeks ago. [Razz]

Still swinging off Alex's nutts on a 49ers thread I see.

You should start your own Alex Smith thread maybe?

Al Stock there's always next season. So don't worry I'm sure Kap won't have any problems learning a new playbook, dealing with the new coaching staff and throwing to new receivers.

We'll get healthy and come back strong, these guys may have another go but if there are not a lot of resignings then they'll start over in a lot of areas. Offensive line needs to be one of them and the coach seems to be ticked off by upper management. I'd rather see them keep harbaugh but we'll see.

How's your team doing slowpoke? Get enough vinegar and piss from our down year outta Ya yet?

I hope the As win the series every year, would like their bitterness to feel good about there team for once like Giants fans have it. Just like when the raiders beat us this year. I was happy for your true fans. Same thing with the see cocks fans, nice to see them on top for once in my lifetime....

He's clearly going across the Bay to Oakland. He's seen the teams overall potential as they beat the 49ers, he sees the potential in Derek Carr, and, AND his wife wants to stay in the Bay Area.
