Not trying to start another debate about whether you can opt out of these "surveys," where CHP is present, or not. Just a heads up to those that don't wish to risk be hassled here.

Roadside smog survey is currently setup in Brentwood, on Balfour, between hwy 4 and Fairview (when heading toward Fairview).
