Sac has some of the unfriendliest neighbors I've ever met. Honestly, people are friendlier in the hood, than in the middle class neighborhoods.
People around my current neighborhood suck. The only time any of them communicate with any others, is to complain about something. About where someone is parking, or someone's tree or bush hanging over someone else's property line, or about noise, or pets, or some other bullshit.
Other than complaints, you can barely get a head nod or awkward forced fake smile in acknowledgement to a friendly greeting like "morning!"
I can't wait to move.

we use this in my hood...lots of info is shared on there and way more than i could get by getting to know my neighbors within a few houses of mine.
