A couple of years now. If the material or music is copywrited and they don't have a license agreement, then youtube blocks it.

I was able to watch the vid though, so not sure if you changed something or it just didn't play before, but it worked for me.

I found out it won't play the video on mobile devices so like your cell phone or your ipad it will only play on a computer.
