The shadow of old General Motors looms large over the post-bailout company this week as the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration begins an investigation into the timing of the recall of some 1.4 million GM cars in the U.S. and Canada following crashes that killed 13 people.

Have you ever dealt with a ford warranty lol

Ford has one of the worst warranties out there. Still waiting for the Ford recall for the transmission in the Focus/Fiesta.

Ford vs Chevy, doesn't matter. Any big companies like these generally do there best to not cover anything, if possible. I don't really need to go into details, I hope most of you can understand this.

Are you talking about warranties or recalls? Because if it's a life risk to drive your cars I sure hope that they'd do something about it instead of waiting about a decade before finally doing something about it.

I think this sums it up Stubbz. Acura is pretty good about taking care of warranty work.

The auto transmission went out in my 07 gt and they repaired it no questions asked and rented me a truck for a week while they fixed it.

So what will you do when it goes out after warranty?
