As I'm nearing the end of my falcon project, I have a buyer (a friend). He's offering me 7500 for the car. I got the car for free, and have done all my own work. This is pretty much a stock falcon that has a stock 302 and a aod trans in the car, with a 8" rear end.

-NO Disc brakes
-No Power steering

I kept track of what I have into the car and what is needed to get her on the road. The car wont be completely finished, it could use some misc bs for example:

suspension bushings look a little dry
and weather stripping
(all shocks are new)
I would replace front coil springs

Should I sell it for 7500 or ask for more? Pretty much it has been all gone thru. and I don't have 7500 into it. what do ya'll thinks it's worth?

I know some of you guys will say just keep it, but I have waaaaay to many cars as it is lol
Its a pain in the ass to keep them all looking nice and maintained.

I think around the area of 8 is fair. As long as you make money on it and you can sleep after it's all good. Plus he's your buddy. Call him up say 7800 come drive it away and he can always come back to get the others tuff done by you. If you want it gone find a price your comfortable with and make it happen. Best of luck and another excellent job on a great looking car.

I understand you don't have much money tied up in this project but I know you have a lot of labor. How many hours, roughly? But I think $7500 to a friend seems very fair for both parties.

I got a shit ton of hrs into it..lol. I guess I'm not too worried about the hours. I just enjoy doing it and learning new stuff for the next car.

You told me how much you have into and thats a pretty good profit. Whose gonna buy it? Is he older and have a pontoon boat?

How many hrs do you have into it? (not including the black paint failure) multiply your hrs X $50... parts paint & materials at a 20% mark up. After you come up with a number. Add 10% as a dealer would do sell it......... Just my guess!
