I called/texted a few times but no response, I think I use to own this Coupe back in 2007, I think that was the same plate, if it was it wasn't a CHP but was a SSP.

The ad is down, but that bitch did was all done up as a real CHP. It did look kinda sick and worth 5900 is like entry level real v8 coupe prices. Anybody save the pics?

My old 93 EX-CHP ended up like this after I sold it to a guy on the east coast, just for car shows, those guys on SSPMUSTANG.ORG love those things like this.
