music too loud? wow really?

I was that teen who played loud music every were i can't imagine being shot over it. i mean i was pulled over all the time because of it but never shot at.

This guy messed up on so many levels. I don't know the facts in this case. But, if what they say is true, in this article. This guy should go to jail. I don't see how his lawyers are going to get him off. He wasn't attacked and he left the scene of the shooting. To me this guy is looking at a easy manslaughter, but more like a murder 2 charge.
