WOW! I was not expecting this. Props to Floyd and Golden Boy for making this happen. A lot of risk involved for both, but they finally put together a good fight for the fans.

147 would have drained canelo to make that weight. however canelo will still come into the ring close to 170lbs. as of right now im hearing mayweather isn't stipulating a weight limit on fight night. would be nice if canelo had a lil more experience against top level guys. but this is the biggest fight available, and should be exciting.

Canelo didn't fight the way he usually fights in the last one against trout. He fought a little sluggish so I'm not sure if he's ready to go against mayweather. Should be a good fight and I hope he knocks out mayweather unless TMT pays him to give up the fight.

Canelo had trouble with trout his last fight, and people think he can hang with mayweather. I read there's a catch weight at 152, if that's the case it night night for canelo, if Floyd lets him come in at 170 it will be a easy decision for Floyd anyways. Mayweather might get beat one day, but the hater's wont see it this day.

How did he have trouble vs Trout? At times Canelo looked a lil tired but still managed to hurt Trout. Yea Trout tagged him a couple times but had no power to hurt Canelo. Guerrero had no bussiness to be in the ring with Mayweather. I think Mayweather is going to have trouble vs Canelo's power and size.

This should be a very interesting fight, Im a mayweather fan an no doubt that mayweather hasnt faced someone as big an physical as canelo but.. there's always a but haha canelo has never faced someone like mayweather who is a smart defensive , counter puncher fighter. Its funny how everyone clowns an hate on the guy when sayin all he does is run in the ring its called boxing not brawling. A lot of people sed Guerrero was gonna be the one to do it and look like pretty boy Floyd was the more aggressor lets hope canelo dosent get exploited because of his lack of experience against fighters of mayweather caliper.

Yes he does, isn't it obvious? Mayweather is all about $$ and he knows that fighting Mexicans on their holidays is where the $$$ is at. That's why he mostly fights in May.. As close to cinco de Mayo as possible and on Mexico's independence.
