So my dd has a crack in the header. Can this be welded. Looks like some did before. This is kinda hurting my performance

I've welded my girls header before a new one was like 400+ I said fuck that

Hasn't leaked in2 years

Tig or gas weld, mig will probably crack again

Since its cast after you weld it wrap it with a towel after your done welding so it cools down slowly

looks to me that they tried to fuse it together with a tig welder.
