Email feedback@CaliforniaFords.com and ask them about it. Sometimes forum email goes to the spam folder and it's automatically deleted. It's possible that your buddy did not see it.

You can also click the link at the bottom of the page labeled "Questions/Requests/Suggestions? email CAFords " to email them.
