I'm sure there are a lot of people that don't know and would let chp talk them into gettin on it. Cops can be shiesty and some people are educated on all the laws. I almost posted it when I seen it this a.m too but forgot so o.p. Thanks for the heads up

I heard that it is optional for them to smog your car on site. If you refuse to they will just send you to the ref right? And that gives you plenty of time to swap your parts

shiesty, is providing FALSE information to masses on the internet. Roadside emission testing sites are for DATA COLLECTION purposes only. CHP is a contracted entity for traffic safety purposes (the same as lane closures for Caltrans), NOT enforcement action related to CVC 27156.
