Well this morning I woke up an hour N 20 minutes earlier than I normally do to start getting ready for work. So I managed to fall back asleep N well I had a quick dream where I saw a sand beige Mustang coupe 5.0 N I was amazed so I was checking it out, then all of a sudden it cut off N I felt/ seen a bubble-like figure sitting on my chest I couldn't move nor talk or anything but it managed to stop. Then I told myself(don't know if I was awake or not) next time that happens I'll snap my fingures to snap out of it shure enough it happened again within 5 minutes N of course I couldn't even make the snapping sound. So I been trying to figure out all day if I was awake or asleep kuz I swear I felt like I was awake but at the same time it all felt like a dream? Anyone ever have this happen to them?

Well I saw a bubble type thing sitting on me but that was it. I hope this doesn't start happening often or else imma have to medicate myself before I sleep.

Yup that's what I've been told since I was a little kid I use to freak out at first but now I'm used to it

On the sleep paralysis thing, I've always slept face down as long as I can remember and it has never happened to me!

i hate the dreams where your like driving and of sudden you lose control and you about to hit a wall then you jump outa bed. or like you hit something and your body jumps
