so i installed some H.I.D on my car today but when i turn on the headlights the fogs wont turn on but if i just run the fog lights it works... someone told me this could be because i need a bigger fuse but if anyone knows what it could be id appreciate the help

u sure ur highbeams arent switched on that would cause ur fogs to cut out

ya my high beams are off i checked that like 3 times hahaha but its for a 03 cobra

Ummm thats odd did you wire the kit up you could of had mixed up you high n low beam wires also did the car give you high beam sensor when lights are on?

no it didnt even throw off my high beams at all... im starting to really think it is the fuse an its not gettin enough power to run the headlights an fogs

Fuses don't hold back power unless they are broken or blown. In that case you would have no power at all. Sounds like the kit itself may be miswired. Or you may have plugged some identical looking connectors wrong. Common mistake pull it all apart and find a mistake

ya ima check it out today i did it all yesterday in the heat so im sure i must have done something wrong... my friend in his BMW had the same problem an he went to the shop they made him switch his fuse an he said it fixed the problem

fixed the stupid problem the plugs they gave me were wired up wrong
