I recently had to give up my gym membership due to having to get another job and was wondering about the insanity program. Has anyone ever completed the 60 day cycle? Do you really get the results they show on tv?

my sister n her friend did it for like a month n was on a diet they were losing but they stoped n gained but from wat i seen it was working fast results

going to start px90 tomorrow. i have heard they all are the same. 30 mins of intense workout(900-1200 calories), muscle confusion, equals 2 hrs in the gym

I was thinking about ordering the insanity program too. Looks effective and I just don't have the time or motivation to get to the gym.

think about it, you will get the results shown, but you have to spend an hour EVERY single day for 90 days.

I did it for like a month and lost about 10 pounds but I stop cause I had two jobs and a new born so I was always tired. So I let me sister in law use them and she is getting good results. I'm going to do it again when she is done. I got the dvd's of craigslist for like $25 lol

Programs like insanity and P90x, you need to stay on it and keep progressing throughout the program...or you will just be wasting your time. Its way better to just hit a few laps around the neighborhood/park/trail and do a few push up's/pull up's in between.
When it comes to working out...the faster you see results, expect to loose them even quicker once you stop or slow your routine down.

my sis did insanity and had no problem doing it.... she did it every morning but then finished it and needed a new workout video

Well i used to spend about 3-4 hours a day 5 days a week so 45 min a day should be no problem. I thought insanity was only 60 dAys?
