In the early 2000's there was a MLB pitcher with a fucked up wind up like a robot. He even pumped his glove away from his chest and some other crazy stops before he threw the ball... He was white, had glasses and I think he might have played for the Angles or maybe Philly.

Can anyone think of who this is? It's been driving me and a few friends crazy cause we can't remember his name LOL.
