So I'm looking at a 98 cobra forged internals, vortech blower, headers and 60lb injectors at 15psi...Is it possible for it to have close to 500 to the wheels? The guy said its tuned but doesn't have a slip for dyno...

At 15psi it should have close to if not 500, I was making 450 at 10psi with 42s..

455-530hp minus drivetrain loss...say 15%... 387-450rwhp

didn't someone buy a similar cobra but with a turbo, and turned out to be a hack job of a build, the "built" motor was a stock 03 cobra longblock with like 99 cobra heads? I dunno seems like a big risk, i'd tell him to have it retuned and show you proof, at least you will know if it's running right or not.

So just found out some guy named Billy did the tune from Vindicated in Modesto...Got bad feedback from google...really like that car though. [Confused]

Know a few members who got their car worked on by vindicated n one of them ran low 10s

Sounds about right to me, Should be very close or over 500RWHP. I was at 550RWHP at 15 psi.

From what I read that dude billy fucked over a few people even someone I personally know! I wouldn't trust any work that guy has done. Everytime I would hear that dudes name or shop it was followed by something bad just saying. But if you really like the car just put some thought into it and if he's willing to throw it on a dyno to show you legitimate proof then I might just be a sweet deal you never know.
