Is it me or are fitted hats coming larger than they used to be a few years back? I just ordered a SF Giants hat the other day N it came today, N well I'm normally 7-1/4 N this hat fits like a damn 7-3/8. I also ordered a Nebraska Cornhuskers hat like almost a year ago N of course I ordered 7-1/4 N that hat is huge too. Anyone else notice this?

you know the last 2 hats i bought were 7 1/2 but i normally wear 7 3/8 and they still fit. I thought the same thing.

Ther made from wool I think and wool tends to shrink very easily

Do you know how? This Giants hat was the last one they had so I can't send it back N get a smaller size so I'm kinda stuck with it.

It's actually the exact opposite, New Era used to be 100% wool, now they are made of Poly Wool blend, that is why people are finding that they need to get a bigger size.

And LOL OP how did I know you'd have a Nebraska hat lol quick name me one player on the team or the town they play in! LOL

I've been experiencing that since early 2000's. It's hard for me to order online cuz you never know if it's gonna be too big or too small.

I wear a 7 and they don't stock that size anymore LOL
So I don't buy hats.... I have a bunch of A's hats anyways I never wear.

You should see how many I have haha ALL my old school Giants hats fit PERFECT at 7-1/4 all my newer hats are all different sizes so they can fit(except the ones I ordered) [BS flag]

I had the same problem, every time I would go buy one I was a different size and now only a few fit on me fine
