Theyre doing what they did last year they're brining in the players with something to prove and not the big splash moves. They build from the draft and our stout in most positions. Overall moss is good but they do need more maybe Lloyd maybe someone in the draft. I also hope they sign Snyder because he really stepped up when Rachaal was struggling.

Was it Kyle Williams fault he fumbled the ball? Yes of coarse. If Smith had drove the team down the field prior to overtime and won the game Williams would have never been returning that punt. That loss is easy to fall on Williams, but with a better QB/WR's we never would have been in that position. I also blame teh coached for leaving Williams in after 1 fumbled reverse, and another Fumbled Punt prior to the Fumbled Punt in OT.

I'm impressed with who the niners are picking up. Manningham, Moss, and Jacobs are all solid picks and will help out tremendously.

I'm just really concerned with the QB position. I think Moss and Manningham are going to get frusturated with the fact that Smith just can't / won't typically throw deep.

First they need to strenghthen that O-line,recently they lost starter A Snyder and that line it wasn't the best to begin with even before his departure to Arizona. Even with Moss, Manningham , Crabtree, V Davis and Gore on offense, without a good line you aint doing shit except going 3 and out.

49ers = 11 defensive starters from last year return

Packers = an "improved team" from that magical 15-1 record setting season last year.

49ers handled that packers team even with the refs (aka punt return TD with the obvious block in the back against the 49ers)

It's really upsetting that this victory has to be tainted with such bad penalties for BOTH teams.
As a 49ers fan I'm happy they beat the Packers. Itreally could have been a final score of 30-15 or maybe even 30-18 if they kick a FG on that drive instead of that TD.

But the 49ers dominated in that game over the Packers in just about every aspect of the game.
