What needs to be replaced when you roll down the window and it kind of falls in increments meaning it doesnt go down smoothly? (these are the front driver/pass windows btw)

also my rear quarter windows wont go down or seem stuck...i hear the window motor, so there is power going to it, but it doesnt move or actually does move but only like a half inch...

i guess these are known fox vert problems...
