I have a 4-5 Month old Weenier Dog and everytime I put him on the leash he starts shaking and crying and wont walk. Anyone got some advice to get this Foo up and going? Lol

use dog treats and dont force the dog into walking with the leash.

try a lighter leash that he doesnt notice.

dont break its confidence otherwise it will be tougher to walk.

Try giving him a treat when you put his leash on. He'll pair the leash with being rewarded. You can do it enough until he doesn't seem scared and then taper off.

my american bulldog was doing the samething when i got her at 4 months. i finally got her to be on a leash once i was outside or in the backyard. dont force it to much, it will scare them.

Mine begs to go outside for walks but we don't use a leash we use a harness thing it's better for their necks and backs, treats work cause these dogs are stubborn as hell. You just have to take your time and don't force the collar on.

put the leash on him and then let him run around with it for like 20mins.. he will get used to it being there, so then walking him should be easier.
