Mods Please make stick for a few days...


My Buddy was away on vacation in Reno….
And came home and noticed his car was missing.

It is believed that the car was towed. The house was not broken into, and we have both sets of keys…
-it is a 2003, two tone Red with Black
-Engine is Built, 5.0 Stroker
-Kooks Long tubes with matching X-pipe.
-Moser 9in Rear End

WE are Truly lost for words now….I guess none of our cars are safe from these FUCKEN RATS!

I think we must work together, if you know someone who is selling stolen parts, and he/she is your buddy. Its still theft, DO THE RIGHT THING< YOU MIGHT BE THE NEXT PERSON POSTING A STOLEN CAR

My Cousin's car was stripped in one day down to the metal, My buddy was vacationing in Reno, So we dont know when they took the car. For all we know it is stripped down to chassi now...

It's a close friend of mine and we also work together! He hasn't been to work cause he's been out in the streets looking for it! He just tex me he's sure that his car is stripped to shit by now! I really didn't think these fucken rats will go this far!

I would look between close friends, neighbors or someone who knew he was gone on vacation to reno because its very unusual for someone to steal those years especially if it was towed they have to have known nobody was gonna be there

Ive been watchn a thiefs apt/6plex & ive seen a
Light green "not teal" lx foxbody convertable w/ black top
&
blue 94-98 blue mustang convertable w/black top and svo cobra hood
Go to the same 6plex i am not certain what apt they go in,
But i dont think its a coincidence.

Ill try and get some pics of the cars and post them up to see if anybody knows the owners or the owners are on here.
maybe the victims may recognize the cars.

Im not calling the above mustang owners thiefs but they may know ALOT

mustang enthusiasts hang with other mustang enthusiasts. You really don't know who your friends are till they end up on the 11 o'clock news or they steal from you.

As stated above this sounds like an inside job,but then thieves have taken car while their owners slept thru the night. People need to start using garages period.

Thanks guys for all the support.

We as well think it was a "friend" or someone who lives around him. I'm sure the parts will be swapped into another car.

I understande the usage of a garage, but some of us don't have access to them, and as poor Mexicans we most likely. Convertered them to rooms....LoL

96 & up are suppost to be unstealable cars?

Yes he does, the car had just came out of the shop a couple of weeks before, with the engine build. Like we stated, it could have been someone he knows.

It was perfect time on their side. (whom ever stole it)

Just lock up your cars, its a horrible feeling...

nope to counter the motion sensor flood light, and his dogs didn't bark, and the car was boxed in with a toy hauler and a sprinter van, and they drilled the battery so his viper alarm wouldn't go off, not your average grab and go thief goes to those lengths, they had to do at least a week of counter surveilince to figure out all those factors.

thats nuts! It must've been a bad as car for them to do all that.

fully restored 92 gt, had about 6k in paint and body, full black interior with 1800 pair of recaro race seats, had hci with full exhaust, so they made out pretty well, and the brand new cervinis 4 cowl hood he just put on, so i'd say they did ok, but this 03 cobra that's a hell of a take, way more parts $ in that car. I hope it gets found before it is stripped.

Sorry to hear about your buddy's loss. My 00 GT was broken into last week. Luckily they didn't take the car, just a few misc items. I can only imagine how your buddy feels.

I would check in with friends/neighbors and I would honestly have him look into the shop that did the work. Did he mention to anyone there (employees, other customers, etc.) that he was going out of town?
