Anyone running these on their 5.0 mustang? Getting tired of Flowmasters and want a different sound and better flow. Been really interested in there cat back system for $234

Too quiet and sounds like nothing good lol,u need a bullet muffler and that's that,not too loud at all so don't listen to the girls on the board that do think slp or race bullets are too loud cause them dudes are just too quiet

Nice!! I ordered them straight from spintech and it took about a week.
Spintechs are the best mufflers everrrrrr

Old thread, I know. But I'm looking to order either a pair of Pro-Streets or Super Pro-Streets and run them with tails, No cats. Anyone have a sound clip or can give me some insight on how sound the super pros would be?

+1 they sound real good on a fox, I had some on my old 96 cobra and didn't sound as good

I love the Borla XR1 mufflers, you get a different sound that isn't overpowering. IMO the Spintech mufflers are just WAY too loud and will eventually get you in trouble.

Here is a clip of my old 82 GT with spintech mufflers on a stock IRS catback, it'll juts be on the the very start of the clip. That should give you an idea on how it sounds like. At that time I was running an O/R hpipe with 2 one cat on each side welded on

I ended up running 3" flowmaster tailpipes with a high flow catted h-pipe and it sounds awesome, really loud and deep, but not obnoxiously loud. They have a nice hum when just cruising. Also, I am running a supercharged 347 so results are much different than a stock application
