I just got a 351w motor for free from these old guy that i cut his lawn for. Whats better a 351w or a 351c

i think the only diff is that the 351c is just backwards. its harder to find parts so just go with the windsor.

Windsor would be the better of the 2 IMO..... Old timers jock the 351c's because they have giant heads for a stock motor. But with newer tecnology you can build a stupid nice Windsor for less money then you would spend on a Cleveland..... Lastly the jackazz who pushed ford to make the cleveland was an ex chevy guy. He was canned by Ford only a couple of years after he came to ford....
But a plus they did use the Cleveland heads to create the boss 302. [patriot]

there is plenty of aftermarket for clevelands, trick flow and edelbrock make aluminum heads and efi and carb intakes. that being said, i still have a windsor in my mach 1 and a cleveland in the torino.

If you're on a budget, 351w. If you got money to burn and want to make tons of power with stock heads, Cleveland.
