I WAS ON THE DUMBARTON BRIDGE TODAY WAS STOPPED FOR SPEEDING, THE OFFICER DID NOT HAVE A RADAR OUT BUT ESTIMATED MY SPEED AT 77MPH. HE SAID THERE WAS RADARS ON THE BRIDGE, IS THAT TRUE? SHOULD I FIGHT IT THROUGHT THE MAIL?

I have had a few "estimated speed" tickets, they always get thrown out. Plus you can ask him for the radar print out that he supposedly has.

Fight it last time I went to court some dude asked for proof of speeding on the radar N the cop didn't have it so they let him go.

I'd go over to ticketassassin.com and request a trial by written declaration.

You guys do realize that speeding tickets existed before radar guns were invented, right?

id go to court...ive been dismissed before cuz the dummy cop didnt have proof. make sure your ticket doesnt have anything about a radar/lidar referenced..

or ticketassassin...worked for me too but you have to pay up front. if you win, you get your money back. if you lose, you can still apply for traffic school.

I fight any ticket I ever get. Just check the "Trial by written declaration" option and follow the instructions on ticketassassin.com

there's always a chance the officer will not fill out his side of the paperwork and you will get let off [patriot]
