It's a 59' Olds 98. Big Block Chevy, turbo 400, ford 9 inch. The car is chopped and fully bagged. I gotta say I don't miss the stang yet.

Thanks for the compliments. As for the parking, it's 19'4" long, so yeah, it can be tight. Right now it lives in the garage. It looks way better in the pics than in person. Paint needs work, trunk is rotten, the rear window leaks bad. But it's a driver and the hard work is already done.

Thanks again, I've never owned a car that got as many compliments. The trips to the gas station always take twice as long because of the questions asked, but it's cool. One thing is for sure, parts are a bit harder to come by comapred to the stang. I think there were a little more than 14k of these built in 1959. I'm on e-bay every day. Some things aren't that bad cause they made them for all 59 GM cars and things are interchangeable. A new trunk pan is only $75. Thanks to my friend GW at "wong way photography" for taking these pics. This one is my favorite:

I love custom cars, I grew up on them my uncles dad and really my whole family chopped channeled sectioned cars trucks. The only thing about old cars is they don't stop too good, but they float like a boat when they get going.

Forgot to mention, disk brakes also. And yeah, that's Skyline College. We hit it last Thursday after one storm passed, another was on the way at sunset.

Thanks for all the compliments. This car was built in 2007 by my brother-in-law. It was done (they never are) and he was murdered three months later. The car sat outside since his death and the elements were not kind. I was able to buy the car from his estate. He has a son who is now 4 and the plan is to keep the car until his son is a man with a family of his own, or at least responsible, and give the car to him.
