You need 3 things

I was tripping out today, I went into Wal Mart and they had a shitload of music CD's! I guess they have these places called record stores as well. One might think that they only sell records but they also have CD's! You could try one of those places as well. [Razz]

That's not why people DL music. People DL music so you can have various artist and different types of music all your own personal choices on a single CD. I don't mind buying CDs but you only end up listening to a select number of songs. I make mix CDs for club nights. Songs that get me going. If I were to buy an artist cd I'll get some slow beats you can ride to, some gangsta music, maybe one song for the ladies, and about 3 club bangers.

I think of it kinda like test driving a product, you download it and if the only good song on the album is the one that got you to download it in the first place then dump that shit! If you like it then buy the disc! I download a lot of movies but if I like them I always go to the theater and see it. I'm all down for supporting an albumor movie but with all the crap out now is hard to justify dumping $50 to see a piece of crap.

To be completely honest, I only buy cds that are worth it. For instance, I have every Pac CD, DMX, LOX, JADA a few JAY-Zs and Eminems latest (among others). I bought those because it was quality music and worth my bread. I be damned if I go buy a CD with 17 songs and have to skip 15 of them. I do however frequent Itunes. When I became a app developer I kind of got more sensitive to the industry and pirating. But some of these cats need to put more effort into their music.

Wow... really Pandora? which also has adds by the way.. Oh Yea lets type in an artist or song genre and get some new music along with some old played out music. Oh wait! i dont like this song, or this song, or that song either.... what!!! I cant skip this song... Why is it saying I can only skip 6 songs per hour and a total of 12 songs a day per station.... Wow real lame... If your that anal about viruses get a really good anti virus program, or a mac book, they are anti virus. Everyone here can agree that CD's are not worth buying now in days. Besides people that I know can have songs DL and burned on a CD in 25 minutes tops. It does not take no where near an hour unless you are still running dial up. Or if its some type of underground rap or bay area music, which you can still find a good variety of bay area rap on limewire.
