A race car. I think 50resto has some info on it. I believe they own the original.

There were a couple different wide-body Fox kits back in the day, the best looking one used T-bird headlights. Maier Racing had their version as well. The JBA car may have been a one-off. I personally like to keep the stock-type body lines, but the aggressive look of the flares will definitely get you noticed.

I wouldn't mind owning it. That was one of the cars that started it all for the great 5.0. Lots of R&D went through that car to allow us to have the great mustangs we have today. That is definitely a piece of mustang history...

did we go threw this a while back when one of the proto type went for sale on ebay.. these where a tuner order car.. they are not one offs.. they could be order or you could bring your car down for a conversion.. with its suspension it could pull 1.09g on the skid pad.. i would die for one of these cars.. the body kits can still be found.. they go for about $2,400 uninstalled.. [patriot]
