A girl that works for me has a almost brand new ac and furnace units. They are trane and she bought them and about 6 months later moved out before the house was foreclosed on. I know she is intersted in selling and would give a good deal. Let me know if you are interested. The units are located in Natomas.

Its a 20yr old unit, i think it's time to retire it. It randomly works and doesn't work. Sears is telling me that the "condensor" needs to be replaced.

It spins and everything but no cold air is being pushed through

With all new parts minus the ducts and return your looking around $2300 in parts for plenum ac and furnace and the condenser + labor probably around $3300 or to $3500 for a 3ton unit but you might need. 3.5 ton unit so it does not work so hard, I have a 3 ton unit on my 1200 square foot rental house because the 2.5 ton was to small couldn't cool the house passed 80 degrees on a 100 + days I might know some one I'll pm his number to you when I get it he gives the parts at cost and just charges labor

Is there no use in me finding out a price? I have no idea the differences with units.
