Well wife was backing out the single side of the garage and scraped the door frame of the garage. I went out and checked it seemed to more transfer paint onto the car than to take paint off the car. I was able to scratch some of it off. And I looked at the house and it seemed no blue paint transferred onto the house.

My inital reaction was maybe this can be buffed off or something. My question is do they make any kind of cleaner for paint or some kind of compound that maybe help me buff this scrape out?

Any advice appreciated. I plan to take it to a body shop this weekend if I dont come across anything in the meantime. BTW this is on a 05 Durango.

Hit it with a clay bar, should come right off.

hit it with some thinner will come right off with no effect to the stock paint or us rubbing compound and some elbow grease and scrub hard not to hard and make a dent clay bar should work to

try scratch out or scratch off, something like that. it comes in a little yellow bottle. it's not as harsh as rubbing compound.

First thing you would want to do is try a Clay Bar. This should remove any of the paint that was transferred onto the car. If there are any light scratches, you might want to try a scratch removal compound with a buffer.

Gas works good! Scrub it wit some gas and wen u done it'll look lik it faded but just wipe it down nd it will come right off..that what I use

no no no no gas or non of that crap, post picks, if anything like the first guy said claybar, if not theres a product called grease and wax remover, it work wonders,it can be founf at your autobody supplie store or eben napa now a days its used as a final step to clean a car right before painting, worse comes to worse you might have to lightly sand with 1500 grit wet sand and 3m rubbing compound
