Maybe not the best, but the guitar players from the band Dragonforce are bad ass when it comes to shredding. As far as a technical player Michael Angelo blows my mind. Although the band Nitro sucked ass!!!

in all honesty Almost everyones opinion will very on who they feel is the greatest of all time. I think to be an all time great you have to do something revolutionary and ground breaking. You have to re invent your genre of music or do something that inspires other people to be like you. below are some of my all time favorites

I'm not saying he's garbage, I just don"t think he should be considered the Greatest guitar player of all time nor should he be in the top 20. I mean do you really think he was better than Jimmy Page, Jimi hendrix, Santana, Steveie ray Vaughn etc?

I love Hendrix but I do agree he's over rated. So yes. I love Santana but its different style. Depends on the music you like. I still think dime is one of the greatest of all time.
