ive been anti iphone for the longest time and went with alternatives like the blackberry and considered the mytouch android phone but i tell u, i dont think any smart phone on the market can touch the iphone. the phone is incredibly fast, easy to use and not to mention has tons of sick apps.

I have had a a lot of smart phones also, from the Storm to the G1. Now I hve a Tour and its not bad. But your right, none compare to the IPhone...

its funny since the programs are written I just don't know why apple just doesn't release all the apps that are available once you jail break your phone. Ya some shouldn't be allowed but some are great

Lol thats nice...you can polish a turd but its still a turd haha.... i had the storm and it was literally the worst piece of crap I have ever had. Went from that to my shiny new Iphone 3GS and havent looked back lol

I can't find it, but I read it on their website last week and AT&T will enable MMS on the 25th. T-Mobile will work fine. AT&T sucks balls!!!

been wirh sprint for 9 years and never had any issues. we might have shitty phones, but not shitty service. my wife loves her palm pre and i have no problems running my blackberry.

EDIT: my MMS works all day..........enjoy the "(I)dropcallslikeitsnotomorrow(PHONE)"

That's funny, my iPhone doesn't have any issues dropping calls at all. Sprint/Nextel is about out of business too, just saw yesterday that they are almost bankrupt.

MMS for iPhone 3G/3GS on AT&T network works already. All you need to do is update the att ipcc package through iTunes and enable MMS in settings.

FYI- for those that think the Iphone will be on Verizon by Thanksgiving, well they are wrong. I have Verizon and would jump all over that. I read that AT&T have "an exclusivity agreement" that doesn't end until next year. I also read that the government is trying to break that agreement stating that it is a form of a monopoly. I did read that Apple will make something else for Verizon in the near future though. This info that I read was from July so I hope somebody can prove me wrong. I want an Iphone on Verizon. I Love that I have service in the hills when I am riding my bike while my brother in laws Iphone has zero bars.

I don't really see the big deal, if everyone now has a smartphone, why not just send an email? If you use gmail and have an iPhone, set it up with their Exchange server and you'll receive push emails immediately...and best of all, no texting fees. I told everyone to never ever text me anymore, just send me an email and I'll get it just as fast.

I agree but I keep my push and fetch off because it consumes too much battery.

I updated mine yesterday morning with Itunes and restarted my phone and it works.

There's a little camera icon next to the message prompt when you're texting someone to insert a pic in the text column. Works good!

Just remember if you jailbreak your iphone and you update it on the new itunes for the mms you will lose your jailbreak and they do not have one out for the new update yet. But they do have the MMS jailbreak i have had MMS on my iphone for about 3 weeks now

What I like a lot about AT&T is the sim card
is that I have a lot of AT&T phones so I can
switch up all the time I like the water too
so when i hit the river kiyaking or floating or
go up the hill to snow board I can take one
of my scraper phones swap my sim and off
I go also it's so easy swapong phones if u
lose it too , verizon you would get your phone
wet then have to go back to them and if your
not due for upgrade pay full retail for a phone
wich would be 800 + for an iPhone or 200 for
a shity phone, At&T if you dnt have a scraper
handy u can get a friends and swap sim or
anywhere they sell AT&T go phones for $15
verizon would just laugh at ya and say pay up
buddy [Razz]
