Understand that the only way your communicating with people on here is through writing. So if you continually write incorrectly it makes you look bad and uneducated. If that's what you aiming for, then that's a different story. Also spelling correctly here helps when you really need it such as in a business setting. Spelling correctly is so easy on this forum because there is an automatic spell check!

Sometimes I see a post on here where the sentence doesn't even make sense. That's when I am ROTFLMAO
at the person who wrote it and thinking that they are definitely retarded.

I'm not perfect with everything. I spell incorrectly on occasion and mess up on punctuation here and there. But at least you can read my post without having to replace words for me and guess what I'm trying to say.

Sorry for the rant but I've been thinking this for the longest time and this was the perfect opportunity to say it.

There was an idea thrown around a while back about having the people that clearly make a living off selling parts posting in the vendor section. I think its great that people do this and make a living but should post in the vendor section to keep the regular sale section clear.

STANGSALLY-I couldnt disagree with you more. It seems like everytime I post something for sale that 30 min later its damn near on page 3 because of people that have 10 things for sale if not more that keep reposting everything. About your problem with the tech section, I used to be one of those kids that asked the "stupid" questions. When i first got my mustang when i was 16, 9 yrs ago, this site helped me out soooo much. I never had one person say anything to me negative. The tech section is one of the reasons my car is where its at today. Not everybody knows everything.

honestly, i hate when i post something and it ends up in the next 3 pages by the end of the day, but i for one dont mind the multiple posts,
it doesnt waste my time, and i can easily bump my post another time. it also means, i dont have to go into a fox parts post, looking for something in particular, and they dont even have it. so in a way there is a positive side to it, right?

if theres anything that should be worked on, i say its the search option.. then if anyone was looking for a part, type it in.. and boom all the posts with that part/s for sale is listed, or just the search option in general, it cant search sh*t anymore..

all in all, i say in the past 1/ 2 yrs cafords hasnt been as good and friendly as it was, just seems like a whole lotta drama, rants, ignorance, and what not. were all here for one thing, to SHARE OUR PASSION FOR FORDS! we should do a voting/ flagging icon option, where if enough members vote to out you, your out! by our screen names, there should be an icon showing how many times you been flagged already! 3 times your out type of thing! you can keep coming back under another screen name, but that just means more work for you! freedom of speech, and a simple rant is fine, but to an extent. some people just need to know you win some, you lose some.. you can change how everyone feels, even hitler and castro's death policy had neigh sayers!!

i agree with that.. i started looking and posting around 03 and withing the last few yrs it has for sure changed.. it seems like its so cool to be a thug now days. but back in the day it was just a lot more friendly people wanting to help each other out and not just argue over anything

First off, I am member #21, so I have been around since the beginning.

I use the site because its local and it's a decent source for buying/selling parts. I've also met several good people on this site who have been helpful to me and are good folks (JohnB, racsirx, BlownN67, etc).

With that said, cafords has definitely changed over the years to say the least. When it comes to spelling, grammar, drama, etc, it is certainly on the tail end of the distribution of automotive tech forums out there.

Anyway, I filter through the BS, and take away the positives
