Yeah I was in the engine room the other day drooling. The guy who did the powder coating did a hell of a job.

I believe the motor in the back is matts (9cobra8). Unless he sells it to me of course [Big Grin]

Thanks everyone.. the valve covers I had done some time ago when RPM replaced my heads because of the tick, they sent it in with the Billet flow blue pulleys to have them match it as best they could.

But nothing makes that color stand out better then a tad bit if bling to add to it.. lol

The guys at AED have well blown above my expectations.. For example.. when I went to say bye to Drew he was sitting on the floor in the clean room cleaning each and every little part of my motor before putting it back on. Then planned to pressure wash the engine bay before putting the motor back in.

Nothing but mad props to them. Now just having to wait another 2 weeks is going to drive me nits.. but she will be prime for Knotts!

Not sure who the red engine belongs to so I dont wanna ruin any fun but that thing is clean!

Looks really good. Drew takes care of all the AED customers. It's not just and in and out deal, the attention to detail is great.

Running the stock pulley that comes with it on street tune and a 2.75 on race gas.

Thanks guys.. Just talked to the guys and the motor is in, waiting on the input shaft and 3 inch X pipe.... Fuel system is wired in, line lock is done, Drew was working on my guages when I talked to him.

I saw your car a couple of days ago when i visited AED with John91Coupe and my dad. it was looking good. I like powdercoating, really sets the engine off.

Whew, had me worried...So he did it right, as did I. Perhaps later down the road I will feel the need for more power, but for now its all good......For now

The heads will stay stock except for the cams...
We went Ford GT cams with Comp cam valve springs.

AED Signature series 800 block.
4340 'H' or 'I' beam rods with ARP cap-screw bolts
Diamond piston upgrade with valve reliefs for 4V heads
File-fit 'Moly' rings
Taperwall tool steel wrist pins
'Race series' main & rod bearings
ARP 2000 Main Studs
Fully built, machined, balanced, & blueprinted
ARP Head Studs
MLS Head Gaskets

I am sure there is a bit more that I missed but you can get the idea. Again if I am missing something I am sure Drew or Shaun will chime in.

American Racing Long tube headers
Upgrade to a 26 spline input shaft and new clutch from Pro Motion.

Electric Water Pump, upgraded Alternator

I am sure I am missing a few odds and ends.

Street tune I am running the stock pulley that comes with the kit and race tune the 2.75 Upper pulley.

Yea thats preety much what he's doing, It made 500 at the wheels an now he got use to it so gonna bump it up to 700 at the wheels by next year he'llmax out the motor!! O the twin turbos made the stock motor go boom!!! only 7 pound an one rod looks like a rainbow! lol..
