I woke up to 3 gun shots from my neighbors house Monday night. Some dirt bag tried braking into the wrong house and took 3 shots to the chest. This is the third home invasion in my neighborhood in the past 6 months , so I bought one of these.

Not legal in CA for three reasons.

1. It fires a "fixed shotgun shell" so it's classified as a short barreled shotgun.

2. It has a rotating cylinder, which in a shotgun is an assault weapon in CA.

3. All handguns need to be on the CA Department of Justice approved handgun roster to be sold in CA. The Judge is NOT on the roster, therefore not legal to purchase in CA.
