70 year old Texas man shoots and kills two robbers as they leave his neighbors house.

If you ask me GOOD for him. We all take risks so Oh darn your ass is blasted.

"here we go buddy, you hear the shotgun clicking?"

look at how much money he saved the state of Texas. Now they only have to house and feed one person(if he is guilty) and there is only 1 trial.LOL Plus 2 more scum bag theifs with a shortened carrer. Who knows how many people they would have ripped off buy now, or for the rest of there sorry lives.

He should get an award in my opinion.

It's a fucked up world when we can't even protect our own property these days. The thieves have more rights than the victims when it should be the other way around.

With Al & Jesse on the case, wait for the two deceased's family members to sue that guy.

I saw this on another website and someone posted the texas law for protecting neighbors property and from what it stated he should get off.
He should get an award.

"The Texas Penal Code says a person can use force or deadly force to defend someone else's property if he reasonably believes he has a legal duty to do so..."
The guy felt he had a legal duty to do so, otherwise he wouldn't have done anything.

Not to get off topic but i am reading about Washington DC banning guns and all this gun control BS. Do law makers really believe criminals won't get a gun because there is a law against ownership? They are called criminals for a reason and the blackmarket will always be around for guns. Making gun laws will only stop law abiding citizens from protecting themselves and help criminals have less fear of committing a crime.
California has a ban on assault weapons but almost every month i read about a bankrobbery where the bank robber has an assault weapon. That ban did nothing [Roll Eyes]

Maybe not but to me if your willing to break into someones home, where someone lives and possibly have to deal with them being home your asking to be shot.
