i would add the link or look for the thread but i moved. i havent had time to get high speed turned on yet. shit is slow

judge said time served. i stayed in the drunk tank for a few hours and was released. i didt get any fine. not even for court fee etc. so im happy lol. some lady had 3 and got the same thing. i guess they just dont trip on them.

some guy had less thant 1oz of weed. they fined him $15 bucks and he was on his way.

i didnt have to give any story. judge said this is what you did and this what i am offering you. i took it and ran... to the store for a cold beer.

most F arrest's are usually time served/dismissed. No crime report is needed, all the elements are covered on the arrest report page and no probable cause form is needed either.

If your a habitual drunk you could end up doing some jail time. I think it's 3 or more with the past 6-12 months to meet that requirement.
